For our Abbott Diabetes Care (ADC) team in Baar, we are looking for a Sales Force Excellence Manager, ACH (Austria & Switzerland). The role is based in our office in Baar or Vienna. In this strategic role, you will shape how our sales organization engages customers, drives performance, and delivers on commercial priorities. Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Business Excellence, you will translate strategy into execution through best‑in‑class sales force effectiveness, analytics, and performance management. What You Will Do Drive end‑to‑end Sales Force Excellence across the ACH organization, ensuring commercial strategy is effectively executed in the field. Lead the design and continuous optimization of customer segmentation, territory structures, coverage models, and visit planning. Strengthen sales performance management through clear KPIs, dashboards, and insight‑driven decision making. Advance sales tools and CRM adoption (e.g., dashboards, next‑best‑action approaches), ensuring high usability and impact. Partner cross‑functionally to evolve sales models, explore new channels, and deliver measurable ROI. Support demand forecasting and commercial planning in close collaboration with Business Excellence. Act as a key interface to EMEA and Global Commercial Excellence teams and support deployment of regional initiatives. TRAVEL: 5-10%, mostly in Austria & Switzerland What You Bring MBA or equivalent post graduate diploma or University degree and relevant job experience 5–10 years of experience in Sales Force Excellence, Commercial Excellence, or Consulting, ideally in Pharma or MedTech. Deep expertise in core SFE levers such as territory alignment, coverage modeling, CRM, and sales performance management. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear commercial actions. Proven experience working in matrix organizations and influencing senior stakeholders. Background in analytics, data science, economics, engineering, or a related field. Fluent in English and German; French or Italian is a plus. Sales experience is an advantage.
