Our client is an international medical technology firm and a widely-respected player in their respective business segments. To further enhance their competitive advantage, they now seek an experienced SFE professional to enhance their sales training syllabus and strengthen the product application, working in tandem with the product marketing and medical teams. Some key workstreams will include strategy and sales solutioning, enhancing communication and story-telling skills as well as training the trainers.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Prior experience in delivery of SFE, sales training and coaching, ideally within the medical devices, pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
