Responsibilities

Summary: This role reports directly to the Head of Sales DACH and supports both regional and national sales activities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The main responsibilities include planning and executing sales events, congresses, and promotional activities in close collaboration with KeyAccountManagers, Regional Sales Heads, and the Head of Sales DACH. The role manages budgets, ensures logistical coordination, and oversees external vendor contracts. It also supports regional planning, meeting coordination, and administrative tasks. Compliance with industry regulations and accurate documentation are essential parts of the role. Close collaboration with international functions ensures alignment with global standards. This role is office based. Responsibilities: ResponsibilitiesEvent Planning and Coordination

  • Plan and execute sales events, regional congresses, and other promotional activities in collaboration with Key Account Managers (KAMs), Regional Sales Heads (RSHs) and Head of Sales.
  • Manage logistics, including venue selection, travel arrangements, and accommodation for participants.
  • Ensure timely delivery of event materials and promotional items.
  • Coordinate with vendors, speakers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution

Administrative and Commercial Tasks

  • Manage contracts with external vendors and service providers.
  • Monitor payment processes and ensure accurate allocation of costs.
  • Assist in preparing forecasts and management reports
