Description BMW of Peabody, part of the Lyon Waugh Auto Group, is searching for a candidate to join our team as a full-time Sales Genius. Our ideal candidate will be friendly, technologically savvy and have a passion for luxury automobiles. Position eligible for bi-weekly delivery bonus upon certification completion Schedule: Monday-Saturday with a scheduled weekday off What you will do in this role: • Product presentation and explanation, done by working with Sales Managers to keep clients in the showroom engaged and enthused. • Work with clients in the service drive, i.e. product questions, demonstration of features, and post op of delivery. • Establish ongoing consultative relationship with customer by being available during business hours to answer questions. • Completing sold car deliveries alongside Sales Advisors. • Upgrade knowledge of brand products and services by training on-the-job and participating in educational and development programs on and off site. • Generate goodwill by greeting and serving the customer promptly and courteously. • Professionally, courteously and respectfully interact with clients to provide a consistent premium customer experience building dealer sales loyalty. Responsibilities
The Sales Genius is responsible for providing premium product presentations and demonstrations to clients in the showroom and service drive. They establish consultative relationships with customers and coordinate vehicle deliveries alongside Sales Advisors.
