Key Responsibilities
Lead by example – Inspire, guide, and support the sales team to reach new heights.
Drive performance – Set and exceed sales and gross margin targets in collaboration with the Managing Director.
Strategic growth – Develop and implement sales plans that boost turnover and profit from both new and existing customers.
Pricing strategy – Work closely with leadership to ensure competitive and profitable pricing.
Build a robust sales pipeline – Capitalize on business opportunities and maximize revenue potential.
Develop the team – Strengthen sales capabilities through process improvements and policy adherence.
Stay connected – Lead engaging Monthly Sales Meetings and weekly team briefings.
Be the expert – Provide top-notch technical support on the company’s full range of products.
What We’re Looking For
Industry expertise – Experience in the glass and glazing industry is a must.
Sales-driven mindset – Proven success in a proactive, customer-focused sales or estimating environment.
Tech-savvy – Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The Details
Location: St. Neots – Office-based (no remote work)
Hours: Full-time, 38 hours per week
