Job Description We are seeking a results-driven Sales Government professional to join our organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing government contracts while navigating complex procurement processes and regulatory requirements. You will serve as a key liaison between our organization and government agencies, building strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders to drive revenue growth in the government sector. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies targeting government agencies and public sector organizations in Saudi Arabia and the region Identify new business opportunities within the government sector and analyze market trends to inform sales approaches Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, procurement managers, and key decision-makers Navigate complex government procurement processes, including RFP (Request for Proposal) requirements and compliance standards Prepare, review, and present compelling proposals and presentations tailored to government client needs Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and closure Ensure all sales activities comply with government regulations and organizational policies Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and forecast accuracy Collaborate with internal teams including legal, operations, and delivery to ensure successful contract fulfillment Stay current with government contracting regulations, bidding requirements, and industry best practices Qualifications Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the government or public sector Demonstrated expertise in government contract negotiation and procurement processes Strong knowledge of government compliance requirements and regulatory standards Excellent proposal writing and presentation skills Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze complex requirements and develop strategic solutions Strong organizational and time management skills Familiarity with Saudi Arabian government processes and business practices (preferred) Experience with federal or regional government contracting (preferred) Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus Additional Information Your team and working environment: In 1-2 sentences, introduce the team, property or office environment in a way that reflects the culture Note: Customization may be included for any specific local or legislative requirements, such as work permits Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
