Due to the expansion of our portfolio, a position has become available for a sales graduate with our Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) and pharmacy team. Reporting to, and with the support of the Sales Director, you will be required to lead out at field level on product and business development within the IPC and pharmacy settings.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION
· Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field is desirable.
· Ability to build rapport and convey confidence and credibility to key decision makers in a clinical environment.
· Ability to identify customer needs and develop strategies to address these needs.
· Ability to comprehend and converse on complex technical/ clinical information.
· Excellent presentation skills, comfortable with the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
· Must be adaptable to meet the needs of a dynamic, growth focussed company.
· Knowledge of IPC guidelines is desirable.
· Developing new business opportunities and achieving new business sales targets with the IPC and pharmacy portfolio.
· Providing customers with technical/clinical advice and appropriate training and education on the safe and effective use of our products.
· Monitoring and maintaining a live pipeline of new business delivery.
· Maintaining knowledge, understanding and awareness of products and key developments and changes in the target market.
· Build long-term customer relationships through education, support, and clinical value delivery.
· Attending industry conferences both nationally and internationally as well as promoting and supporting local workshops and study days.
· As the face of the organisation, you must represent the company in an ethical manner at all times.
· Good time management ensuring that the needs and expectations of customers are managed and met across a large geographical territory.
