As the Sales & Growth Ops Manager, you will be the strategic partner to our sales, BD and marketing. Your mission will be to design scalable processes, enable data-driven decision-making, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and execution of the go-to-market strategy. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will own key initiatives like territory planning, performance analysis, and cross-departmental projects, all while unlocking new growth opportunities via systems, tools, and workflows.
