POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Head with a proven track record in Dubai’s real estate market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, leading a team of sales professionals, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 7+ years of proven sales experience in the Dubai real estate market, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate trends, off-plan and secondary markets, and investor behavior.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and motivate high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong network of clients, developers, and real estate professionals in the UAE.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Must be available to join immediately.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and high-potential clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of sales staff.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategies to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulatory requirements in the UAE.
