Job Purpose To drive sales growth, expand the distribution network, and strengthen market presence by executing effective sales and training strategies across the assigned region.   Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Business Development * Drive revenue growth and achieve regional sales targets. * Identify new business opportunities and expand the distribution network. * Conduct market research to assess customer needs and competitive positioning. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. * Monitor competitor activities and implement counter-strategies. * Ensure execution of visibility and merchandising standards across the region. 2. Customer & Stakeholder Management * Conduct regular client meetings to understand requirements and provide solutions. * Handle product complaints and ensure timely resolution. * Track outstanding payments and resolve billing or credit-related issues. * Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams. 3. Training & Capability Development * Train ECPs (Eye Care Professionals) and internal teams on products and dispensing skills. * Conduct troubleshooting visits to reduce lens returns and improve product adaptation. * Enhance product knowledge and selling capabilities of channel partners. 4. Strategy & Execution * Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies. * Implement promotional activities to drive product adoption. * Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management review. * Ensure alignment with overall business objectives and brand growth plans. 5. Team Management * Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets. * Foster collaboration and drive high-performance culture. * Set clear targets, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback to the team. * Identify skill gaps and ensure structured training and development for team members.
