Job Description The Opportunity We are seeking a highly aggressive, commercially astute Sales Hunter to spearhead new business acquisition in Malaysia. This is a pure new business, client-facing role for an individual who is hungry to exceed targets and is seeking significant earning potential. You will be responsible for selling the full spectrum of 360 marketing solutions, including Social Media, Lead Generation, Branding, and Performance Marketing. ************* Key Responsibilities As a Sales Hunter, your primary focus will be on aggressively identifying, prospecting, and closing new business deals within your assigned hybrid product track. Aggressive Prospecting: Proactively hunt for new enterprise-level clients within the Real Estate, Healthcare, and FMCG sectors. Discovery Mastery: Lead initial meetings by asking sharp discovery questions to uncover client pain points and pre-qualify opportunities. Pitch Collaboration: Partner with the strategy and creative teams to support pitch preparation, ensuring a seamless transition from lead to closed deal. Host and conduct physical meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with C-suite and senior decision-makers. This may include travel. Full Sales Cycle: Manage the process from initial cold outreach to negotiation and contract closure. Consultative Selling: Act as a strategic partner to prospects, demonstrating a strong understanding of their business challenges and clearly articulating how GrowthDesk's specialized solutions will deliver measurable ROI. Qualifications Key Requirements Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven, client-facing experience in a pure sales "hunter" or BD role. Agency Background: Mandatory experience working within a Creative, Digital, or Full-Service Marketing Agency. Sector Expertise: Experience in Real Estate or Healthcare is highly preferred. Solution Knowledge: Proven track record selling 360 marketing campaigns, social media, and lead generation. Mobility: Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel extensively for face-to-face client meetings. Attributes: A "go-above-and-beyond" attitude with a relentless drive to hit high-volume meeting targets.
