Sales Hunter – IT Services (Healthcare Domain) Location: United States, Nashville, TN region (Remote or Hybrid). Trinetix is seeking a Sales Hunter – Healthcare to accelerate growth in our healthcare IT services practice. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on new relationship building and meeting generation, not sales management or portfolio ownership. You will operate as a connector and relationship builder, leveraging your network, persistence, and interpersonal skills to secure meetings with healthcare decision-makers in the Nashville region. This role is focused on new client acquisition and requires a proven track record of building relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in the healthcare technology space. Core Responsibilities Generate and qualify leads across providers, payers, and health tech organizations within the Nashville area. Secure introductory meetings with healthcare executives. Attend local networking events, forums, and conferences to identify and engage prospects. Build trusted relationships with regional healthcare leaders. Maintain consistent follow-up and manage outreach activities to ensure ongoing engagement. Partner with delivery, design, and engineering leaders to ensure seamless execution and long-term client value. Represent Trinetix at community and industry events, reinforcing brand presence in Nashville. Requirements 3-10 years of experience in IT services sales or business development (not product sales). Local network or familiarity with the Nashville healthcare community. Demonstrated ability to prospect, network, and secure meetings with new contacts. Excellent communication, relationship management, and follow-up skills. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently. Based in the Nashville area with the ability to travel as required (up to 25%). Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred). Nice to have Deep knowledge and senior-level relationships in the provider, payer, or health tech markets. Track record of selling IT service solutions into complex healthcare organizations.
