As a Regional Sales Incentive Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting the design, execution, and continuous improvement of sales incentive programs across your assigned region. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, HR, and Legal teams to ensure incentive plans are fair, motivating, and aligned with business goals. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, stakeholder management experience, and a passion for operational excellence. You’ll be a trusted partner to regional commercial leaders, helping translate global strategy into local execution. Key Responsibilities Support Regional Incentive Execution: Assist in implementing sales incentive programs across your region, ensuring timely and accurate payouts for all participants. Quota & Plan Support: Collaborate with Sales and Finance to support quota setting and incentive plan alignment with regional business objectives. Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a liaison between global program leadership and regional stakeholders, ensuring local needs are considered in program design. Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor incentive performance metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to improve plan effectiveness. Process Documentation: Maintain regional documentation of incentive policies, procedures, and communications in alignment with global standards. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve regional inquiries related to incentive plans, partnering with HR and Legal as needed. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline regional processes, reduce risk, and enhance participant experience. Qualifications & Experience 4–7 years of experience in Sales Commissions/Incentives, ideally in global SaaS business Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with incentive modelling or compensation tools is a plus. Proven ability to manage cross-functional relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Experience working in a matrixed organization and navigating ambiguity. Commercial acumen and understanding of sales performance drivers. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and process improvement. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field What Success Looks Like Accurate and timely execution of regional incentive programs. Strong relationships with regional sales leaders and support functions. Proactive identification and resolution of incentive-related issues. Clear communication and documentation of regional processes. Contribution to global program improvements through regional insights.
