Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of the Commercial Operations team, you’ll play a critical role in optimising the effectiveness of TGE’s sales function. You’ll lead the end-to-end transformation of our SIP, ensuring it’s efficient and also aligned with business goals and performance outcomes.
You’ll work closely with the Sales Performance Manager, Finance, and People & Culture (Rem & Ben) teams to ensure our incentive structures are fair, motivating, and future-ready.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Redesign and lead the transformation of the Sales Incentive Program (SIP)
  • Automate calculations and systemise reporting for greater accuracy and efficiency
  • Improve transparency and trust in performance measurement and rewards
  • Align incentives with business strategy, finance reporting, and governance standards
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in performance tracking
  • Enable real-time visibility through dashboards, leaderboards, and streamlined reporting
  • Lead roadmap development for SIP and performance tech enablement
