ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of the Commercial Operations team, you’ll play a critical role in optimising the effectiveness of TGE’s sales function. You’ll lead the end-to-end transformation of our SIP, ensuring it’s efficient and also aligned with business goals and performance outcomes.
You’ll work closely with the Sales Performance Manager, Finance, and People & Culture (Rem & Ben) teams to ensure our incentive structures are fair, motivating, and future-ready.
