As our new Sales Instructional Designer & Facilitator, you’ll design and deliver learning experiences that boost sales performance across our Fleet Management teams. You’ll create end-to-end training solutions that build product knowledge, consultative selling skills, and customer-focused excellence for both phone and field-based sales professionals. While strong sales-focused instructional design experience is key, facilitation skills are a bonus—helping bring your learning programs to life. Your impact will include: Designing and developing digital, blended, and in-person learning programs for sales audiences using industry-standard instructional design frameworks Partnering closely with Sales Leaders, Product, Marketing, and CX teams to ensure learning outcomes align with organisational priorities Bringing sales skills to life through hands-on training, workshops, simulations, and coaching—covering everything from product knowledge to advanced consultative selling Using authoring tools such as Articulate 360 (Rise/Storyline) or equivalent platforms to create engaging content Analysing performance data and feedback to optimise programs and drive continuous improvement About you: You’re a creative sales learning professional who knows how to make complex sales concepts stick. You design engaging, blended learning experiences that drive results—online, in the classroom, and on the job. With deep knowledge of sales processes, consultative selling, and instructional design, you thrive on turning ideas into high-impact programs that build real sales capability. To be successful in this role you will have: Proven experience in sales-focused instructional design with a deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and customer-centric consultative selling Experience designing blended learning solutions (digital, virtual, classroom, on‑the‑job) Proven ability to manage multiple projects, work to deadlines, and produce high-quality deliverables.
