Handle Calls with Precision: Manage inbound calls (during off-business hours), answering client questions with clarity, providing guidance, and setting up appointments with attorneys for consultations. Own the Client Journey: Partner with our internal teams to coordinate appointment setting and follow-up, ensuring a seamless, tailored client experience from start to finish.
