We can solve this problem together. Job role: We are looking for Sales Intern to be part of RWA sales (High rise societies and apartments). Responsibilities: ●To onboard new high-rise societies and apartments by identifying and meeting the association members of these societies. ●To do weekdays and weekends activities in these societies and acquire residents as customers for pro water ●Doing sales & marketing activities by setting up kiosks, canopies, standee ●Doing door-to-door sales activities, flyers distribution and converting customers ●To achieve month on month sales target ●Build long-term trusting relationships with customers ●Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market ●Build reports and share with manager on daily basis ●Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans Requirements – Internship / Freshers Open to freshers and interns who are interested in RWA / High-Rise Society sales. Strong interest in field sales, marketing, and customer interaction within high-rise societies and apartment communities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Prior internship / part-time experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles will be an added advantage (not mandatory). Comfortable working on-ground in residential communities. Note : 1. Sat & Sunday will be working (Mandatory) 2. Week off will be on any 2 days of the week between Mon to Friday3. Timing of the job is 12 o’clock to 9 pm 4. Must be fluent in English, Kannada, Tamil and Hindi
Responsibilities
The intern will be responsible for onboarding new high-rise societies and apartments by meeting association members and conducting various sales and marketing activities within these communities to acquire residents as customers. This includes achieving monthly sales targets and building long-term customer relationships.
