Lucid Motors is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Studio Sales Intern to join the Lucid Motors Studio in Frankfurt. This role will actively support the sales and customer relations team with key responsibilities in sales processes, customer engagement, event management, and fleet operations. Our ideal candidate has a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for the automotive industry. This is a great opportunity to learn about advanced technologies and the inner workings of the automotive industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s degree student in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or equivalent education. Master’s students are also welcome to apply.
  • Passion for the automotive industry and advanced technologies.
  • Able to effectively work both individually and within a group in a fast-paced environment.
  • CRM software knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Sales Team with various sales and customer relations tasks:


    • Assist in the sales process, including customer consultations, preparing offers, and organizing test drives.

    • Greet and guide customers in the studio, follow up on inquiries, and help maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
    • Support the Event Management Team with planning and executing customer events:


      • Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing customer events, contributing ideas and logistical support.

      • Help manage event setups and ensure a smooth experience for all attendees.
      • Support Fleet Management and Vehicle Readiness:


        • Oversee vehicle readiness, ensuring cars are charged, clean, and damage-free.

        • Promptly report any technical issues or damages to the relevant team members.
        • Provide Administrative Assistance:


          • Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.

          • Assist with other organizational and administrative tasks as needed.
