Role Description The Sales Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The intern will support the sales team by assisting with property listings, client follow-ups, and coordination of viewings and meetings. Daily tasks include maintaining client records, preparing basic sales documentation, and updating digital platforms with current property information. The role also involves learning about Dubai’s real estate regulations, participating in sales training, and shadowing senior team members during client interactions. This is a development-focused position designed to build practical sales skills and introduce interns to the premium real estate market.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management skills or a demonstrated interest in developing these capabilities.
• Candidates should possess a willingness to learn and participate in Training related to real estate sales, market trends, and compliance.
• Candidates should possess good organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic proficiency in MS Office and online research tools.
• Candidates should possess a collaborative mindset, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and professional fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
