Our Internship Program is a high business-impact program that will give you the opportunity to devise strategic solutions that drive upcoming technology and work processes. This can be accomplished through implementing digitization, diving into customer analytics, designing a digital marketing strategy, or solving financial management issues. Position purpose: Reporting to Retail Operation Manager/Key Account Manager, this role is responsible for assisting sales team including conducting research, focusing on administrative tasks and on-field supports who should be flexible and ready to take on new challenges as they arise. Key responsibilities: Intern for support Retail Operation Manager Support the Retail Operations Manager and Sales Manager in completing assigned tasks and projects. Attend meetings and events to observe and gain insights into retail and sales operations. Maintain and update sales reports and documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Communicate effectively with vendors and clients as directed by the manager. Conduct research and compile survey data to support operational and sales initiatives. Provide on-field and event operational support as needed. Assist with data analysis to help identify operational opportunities and challenges. Intern for support Key Account Manager Collaborate closely with the Key Account Manager to complete all assigned tasks and projects. Conduct store visits to ensure planogram tidiness, recheck stock and tester availability, and take photographic documentation. Prepare competitor reports, detailing new product launches and marketing activities, both in-store and online. Actively attend and participate in brand animation events and workshops. Identify potential weaknesses within current operations and propose actionable improvement suggestions. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree. Ability to commit to at least 12 weeks of full-time work. Passion for beauty, technology, and digital experiences. Energetic, positive, and collaborative team player. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and eager to contribute. Open to sharing internship experiences on social media with current and future interns. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions. Eager to learn and proactive in tackling new tasks and challenges. Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Adaptable and willing to multitask, taking on new responsibilities as needed.
