Job Title: Sales Summer Intern Reports to: Noble Gas Solutions, LLC, VP of Sales Location: Albany, NY Salary Exempt: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Duration: 8-12 week summer internship Posted:  SUMMARY Noble Gas Solutions, LLC, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Summer Intern to support our outside sales and customer service teams. This internship provides hands-on exposure to industrial distribution and B2B sales within the gas, welding, and safety supply industry. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, organized, and interested in developing practical sales and customer relationship skills in a fast-paced environment. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Assist outside sales and customer service teams with customer support and account activities * Support customer data entry and maintenance in CRM and ERP systems * Conduct basic market and customer research to support sales initiatives * Participate in ride-along or jobsite visits with sales representatives, when applicable * Help coordinate promotional activities, product campaigns, and sales materials * Assist with order follow-ups and communication with operations and delivery teams * Perform general administrative and sales support tasks as needed WHAT YOU’LL LEARN * Gain exposure to industrial distribution and B2B sales * Understand how bulk gases, cylinder gases, welding equipment, and safety products are sold and supported * Gain experience with cold outreach and prospecting * Learn how sales teams collaborate with operations, logistics, and customer service departments QUALIFICATIONS * Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field * Minimum GPA of 3.0 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks * Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook * Interest in industrial sales, distribution, or customer relationship management   WORK ENVIRONMENT * This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computer equipment, phones, scanners, copiers, and fax machines. Office-based with frequent interaction with customers, dispatch, and sales teams. * Occasional travel to company facilities & customer sites. POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK This is a full-time position. Some flexibility in hours is allowed.
