Key Responsibilities:
Cold-call and follow up with property owners to generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
Create compelling content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and property listings.
Help manage the company’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) by scheduling posts and tracking engagement.
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor strategies.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in real estate and willingness to learn industry trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per mont
