WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE:

• Contribute to day-to-day sales activities, from property listings to closing deals
• Learn about Dubai’s real estate market, buyer behavior, and sales strategy
• Assist with updating property listings and managing databases
• Engage with clients through calls, emails, and scheduled viewings
• Shadow experienced agents during follow-ups, site visits, and negotiations
• Develop key communication and client servicing skills
• Get practical training on CRM systems and digital sales platforms
• Participate in in-house training sessions and receive personalized mentorship
