Boston Global Education (BGE) is seeking a bilingual (Mandarin-English) Sales & Admissions Representative & Marketing Assistant to support our international student recruitment efforts and serve as the primary point of contact for our Chinese-speaking students and families. This dynamic role combines student services, sales/admissions, and digital marketing to ensure a smooth, supportive experience for international students from initial inquiry through enrollment and adjustment to life in the U.S.

POSITION SUMMARY

We’re looking for a highly motivated Sales & Admissions Representative & Marketing Assistant – Bilingual (Mandarin) | International Students Recruitment to help expand our global reach and improve engagement with prospective students, parents, and partner agencies. This role blends international student recruitment, marketing operations, and client relationship management. If you’re bilingual (English & Mandarin), organized, and excited about education, we want to meet you.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Education, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (written & verbal) is required.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple deadlines.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Google Sheets, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) preferred.
  • Familiarity with international education, agency collaboration, or EdTech is a plus.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
