Job Description As a Student Recruitment Intern, your role will be key to helping drive more business to the company. You will be to help with the day-to-day international Sales booking operations for direct customers. Provide customer support via phone, email, and other communication channels. Manage and nurture your pipeline of leads and sales opportunities. Organize and conduct phone consultations and follow-ups with prospective clients. Coordinate with the Summer Camps Operations team to finalize and confirm bookings. Prepare tailored quotations and ensure timely follow-up. Send brochures and relevant promotional materials. Convert leads and inquiries into confirmed bookings. Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, with the ability to sign an internship agreement with the university. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions. Interest in Sales and/or Business Development. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Native Italian speaker with fluency in English. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
