Description

Sales Invoice Administrator skills and qualifications

Invoice Clerks must be able to guarantee accuracy when preparing and sending out invoices. They should hold prerequisite skills, experience and qualifications including:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of accounting and maths
  • Strong attention to detail to keep accurate accounting entries
  • Familiar with accounting software, we use Enwis (Tegos)
  • Solid organisational skills to keep track of invoices
  • Great customer service skills to work with various clients
  • Knowledge of data entry for record keeping
  • General administrative skills, including managing emails and accounts
  • Correcting errors and raising credits
  • Excellent memory for specific customer requirements
  • Calculate additional charges and overloads
  • Issue invoices in a timely manner
  • Cross check orders to draft invoices
  • Filing records
  • Good IT abilities and knowledge including Microsoft products
  • Other duties as and when required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
