ABOUT THE ROLE

The Sales Junior provides support to the Sales Team by assisting with sales quotes, maintaining the company CRM and providing administrative assistance.
The role will be open to learning all aspects of how to become a Sales Superstar in direct consumer selling and will provide quality Customer Service, Administrative duties and a strong desire to learn.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Develop product knowledge of the Olympic Industries products
• Answering product queries via telephone and email.
• Assist in processing sales orders and developing an in-depth understanding of the sales process and tools.
• Liaise with external distributors, customers and various internal departments
• Comply with policies, procedures and quality standards within industry regulations
• Attend site inspections and liaise with customers on site
• Some out of hours work required
