Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Key Account Manager is the key interface between Philips and its customers focused on Shoppers Drug Mart. This person will represent Philips and its products to Shoppers Drug Mart while consulting to provide total solutions to their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assess the customers’ business model, analyze their strengths and weaknesses
- Know the customers’ vision, values, roadmap, business plan and budget.
- Present solutions to problems to key stakeholders within customer’s organization which they may not yet recognize and build consensus.
- Provide detailed analysis of all Philips opportunities focused on Shoppers Drug Mart..
- Create solutions meeting customer requirements involving the entire Philips team.
