Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Assistance:
  • Greet and engage customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Assist customers in choosing mobile devices, accessories, and services based on their preferences, needs, and budgets.
  • Provide information on product features, specifications, and pricing.
  • Demonstrate the use of mobile phones and accessories.
  • Sales Target Achievement:
  • Actively work toward meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Promote sales by upselling and cross-selling mobile phones, accessories, and related services.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile phone models, features, and technology.
  • Be knowledgeable about current mobile deals, offers, and promotions.
  • Customer Service:
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Assist in maintaining stock levels and ensuring products are displayed neatly and attractively.
  • Report any stock shortages or discrepancies to the store manager.
  • Cash Handling and Transaction Processing:
  • Handle cash, credit card payments, and transactions accurately.
  • Issue receipts and process sales returns or exchanges as needed.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Previous sales experience, especially in retail or mobile phones, is a plus.
  • Knowledge of mobile phone technology and trends.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash.
  • A friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
