Sales Associate
– Job Description:
-A passionate and results- driven Sales Associate.
-Greet and assist customers in finding their apparel that suits their style and preferences.
-Provide product knowledge and information about the materials, fits, and benefits of our clothing line.
-Offer personalized styling recommendations based on customers’ needs and preferences.
-Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking merchandise as needed.
-As a sales associate, you will play a vital role in promoting products to potential clients.
-Exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in sales will be required.
-Build and maintain positive relationships with current and potential customers.
-Utilize effective sales techniques to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
-Provide personalized recommendations based on individual needs and goals.
-Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
-Collaborate with marketing and events teams to implement promotions and campaigns to drive sales.
Qualifications:
-A degree in business, marketing, retail management, or a related field or a diploma.
-Previous experience in sales, preferably in the health and wellness or fashion industry.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Passion for knowing about the latest fashion trends and an eye for style.
-Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
-Customer-focused with a positive and energetic attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: KD300.000 - KD320.000 per month
