Description
Lead functional projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business trends. Identify issues and recommend best practices to improve processes. Partner with various teams to analyze and understand business trends. Contribute to business or process improvements within the function. Develop strategies to enhance product sales and customer satisfaction. Lead and execute sales initiatives to drive adoption of BNPL and Credit solutions. Identify merchant needs and design tailored solution strategies. Partner with cross-functional teams to align product, marketing, and sales efforts. Build pipeline for Pay Monthly and new product launches. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy. Serve as a key liaison to the Partner Marketing Manager and other stakeholders. 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or strategic partnerships. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies in complex environments. Familiarity with financial products, payments, or BNPL solutions will see success in this newly created role
