Description
What you will be doing: ·Responsibility for all store opening and closing procedures, including taking cash deposits to the bank · Maintain housekeeping and organization of sales floor, backroom, cash wrap and all other areas of the store · Customer service. Provide Gold Star service to all customers and lead the team in sales · Lead the team by achieving sales goals and KPI benchmarks · Cash register efficiency. Including cash handling, discounts, exchanges and returns · Product receiving, processing, inventory control, and product merchandising · Complete price adjustments and markdown processes · Uphold loss prevention standards and secure store assets and property of böhme · Report any customer or employee concerns / incidents to Store Manager · Participation in leadership development programs, meetings, and completion of training materials · Performs all other duties as assigned Qualifications: · Minimum high school education or equivalent · At least one-year supervisory or leadership experience or equivalent education · Excellent organization, verbal and written skills · Ability to work POS, and other store computer applications
