Who You Are You are a high-tempo SDR/BDR who books qualified meetings through multichannel outreach. You use AI-assisted personalization, maintain excellent CRM hygiene, and hand over sales-accepted leads with clean context. You are disciplined, data-driven, and excellent at outreach execution. Responsibilities • Prospect and build ICP/account lists, map buying groups, and prepare outreach hypotheses. • Execute multichannel sequences (email, phone, LinkedIn, chat, webinars) and optimize messaging. • Run structured qualification, book meetings and hand off SAL → SQL with clean notes. • Maintain CRM hygiene, activity logging and weekly forecasting/reporting. Must-have qualifications • 1–3+ years’ experience in SDR/BDR or high-volume outreach roles. • Proficient with modern CRMs and sequencing tools (HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft/Apollo) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. • Strong written and spoken English, disciplined data hygiene and high-output execution. Nice-to-have • Experience in tech, healthtech or AI-enabled product sales. • Familiarity with AI assistants for research and messaging. Compensation & performance bonuses Base Salary: USD $500 per month. Performance incentives: $250/mo for KPI over-performance Payment & contractor terms Independent Contractor status only.
