FULL-TIME | IMMEDIATE START PREFERRED | IN-OFFICE ROLE

We’re looking for a sharp, ambitious Sales Lead to join our growing family of indie challenger brands – including COCO Chocolatier, UP-UP, OTHERLY, Love Cocoa, Seed & Bean, and more.
You’ll be our first proper hire in sales, which means building a lean, high-output sales function from the ground up. This is not a corporate role. It’s a hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up position where you’ll be selling every day – picking up the phone, chasing leads, working with brokers, and owning pre-sell plans across categories. You’ll shape the system, lead the strategy, and execute hard.
We are an in-person team based at Port Edgar Marina, South Queensferry. We collaborate live, bounce ideas off each other, and build momentum together. You’ll also lead all national and international trade shows, so some travel is required.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Build and own our B2B sales pipeline across wholesale, retail and distributor channels
  • Work closely with the founder and brand leads to pre-sell seasonal ranges (Christmas, Easter, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain simple, clear sales tracking systems
  • Forge and manage key retailer relationships
  • Work cross-functionally to align sales, marketing and product development
  • Run post-mortem reviews on campaigns and launches – what worked, what didn’t, and why
  • Attend trade shows, meet buyers, and be a visible presence for the brands
  • Eventually, help shape and build a small sales team around you
