LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST

Hours: 40 per week
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £28k plus up to £10k in OTE
Schedule: Monday to Friday

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads for various clients across a variety of industry sectors.
This role involves direct communication with businesses and organisations across a wide range of industry sectors. You’ll be reaching out via phone, building rapport, identifying needs, and generating qualified leads and appointments for the relevant business teams to convert.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven lead generation experience - ideally within a B2B sales, inside sales, or telemarketing environment.
  • Motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving measurable results.
  • Sales-focused, with a keen interest in generating business opportunities.
  • Confident in making outbound calls and engaging with decision-makers across different industries.
  • Personable and able to easily build rapport with prospective customers.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working effectively on your own initiative.
  • Professional and friendly in communication, both verbal and written.
