To support this growth, we are seeking a motivated Lead Generator/Telemarketer who will work directly with management teams across all our businesses to generate quality leads and drive sales.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Lead Generator/Telemarketer, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your role will involve outreach via phone, email, and other channels to introduce our services, qualify prospects, and set appointments for the sales team. This is a key position that directly impacts the growth and success of the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make outbound calls and send emails to prospective clients.
• Qualify leads and gather detailed information about potential clients’ needs.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with management and sales teams.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Work closely with management across multiple businesses to align outreach efforts with sales strategies.
• Follow up on warm leads and re-engage past prospects.
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
