Oasis Windows is hiring experienced or non experienced Lead Generator:

• There are several duties a Telemarketer must carry out during their day-to-day work. General duties and responsibilities they need to excel at include:
• Identifying potential sales to quickly determine the appropriate amount of time to dedicate to each call
• Persuading potential customers to make a purchase or take another kind of action using a prepared script with price quotations and additional information
• Completing orders by recording purchases, names, and addresses as well as other important information
• Understanding customers’ needs and determining what offerings suit them best
• Handling complaints or questions from customers and clients
• Gathering data on sales leads for further marketing analysis
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following protocol to keep customers’ personal information secure and adhering to quality assurance standards

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.85 per hour

Experience:

• Customer Service and calling: 1 year (preferred)
