Do you want to apply your B2B sales expertise to the dynamic and rapidly evolving world of e-commerce and logistics? In this pivotal role, you’ll leverage your proven experience in B2B sales to collaborate with both major Finnish and global eCommerce retailers!
We’re looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Lead to spearhead Budbee growth in Finland! In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the forefront of our expansion by actively identifying, approaching, and signing new e-commerce merchants into our delivery ecosystem. This is a true hunter position, where your strong background in B2B sales will be crucial as you take full ownership of the entire acquisition cycle, from prospecting to closing, and act as a commercial ambassador for Budbee in the Finnish market.

SOME OF THE THINGS YOU’LL DO

  • Drive new eCommerce merchant acquisition through prospecting, outreach, and closing deals
  • Take full ownership of the sales process from start to finish
  • Manage your sales pipeline using CRM tools and ensure accurate forecasting
  • Build strong business cases and negotiate commercial terms
  • Represent Instabee at industry events, expos, and networking opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with product, tech, and ops to solve real merchant challenges
  • Track market trends and identify new business opportunities
