Life Skills Education is expanding! We’re looking for a determined and dynamic Sales and Marketing Lead to spearhead the growth of our whole-school prevention education programme. This critical role is focused on establishing our presence in new territories. It is focused on cold selling to schools, local authorities, and businesses—many of whom may not yet know who we are. That means high resilience, sharp persuasion skills, and an unwavering drive to hit targets will be essential.

• Developing: Our Sales & Marketing Approach/Strategy
• Driving Sales: Selling our primary level set of resources to new schools nationwide, demonstrating the need and creating targeted campaigns to engage key stakeholders.
• Cold Outreach: Proactively approaching schools, local authorities, parents, and businesses to help them understand the value of our programme.
• Target-Based Success: With excellent commission incentives, every sale rewards your hard work. Meet your targets over 18 months, and this role will advance to a Grade 4 (Director Level) appointment.
