We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Lead New Business to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new sales opportunities within the financial services industry, mostly across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You’ll leverage your extensive network and industry knowledge to build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the banking industry, positioning our solutions as essential tools for their success.

Responsibilities
  • Drive New Business: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed new business revenue targets.
  • Expertly Navigate the FSI Landscape: Leverage your deep understanding of banking operations, regulatory environments, and digital transformation trends to identify customer needs and pain points.
  • Build & Nurture Relationships: Establish and cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers at target financial institutions.
  • Solution Selling: Articulate the value proposition of our complex software solutions, tailoring presentations and proposals to address specific client challenges.
  • Collaborate Internally: Work closely with our product, marketing, and professional services teams to ensure seamless client engagement and successful solution delivery.
