We’ve grown quickly, largely through organic demand and referrals, and are now focused on tightening and scaling our sales motion. The Role We’re looking for a hands-on Sales Lead - someone who can both close deals and build the sales foundation for the next stage of growth. This role is ideal for a strong individual with 4–7 years of experience who is ready to step into a broader leadership role. You’ll continue to run deals yourself while owning how Daisy sells: playbooks, pricing iteration, qualification standards, and collaboration with Marketing, Operations, and Product. What You’ll Do · Own and close a meaningful portion of inbound sales opportunities · Build and continuously refine Daisy’s sales playbook · Iterate on pricing, packaging, and deal structure in partnership with leadership · Define qualification standards and improve conversion from SQL to close · Partner closely with Marketing to align messaging and lead quality · Work with Operations to ensure deals are structured for long-term success · Analyze funnel performance and identify bottlenecks · Hire, coach, and support Account Executives over time What Success Looks Like · Improved close rates on inbound opportunities · Clear, repeatable sales process that new hires can ramp into · Thoughtful pricing and deal structures that scale operationally · Strong collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Operations About You · 4–7 years of B2B sales experience · Proven closer with experience running full sales cycles · Comfortable selling to multiple stakeholders and decision-makers · Experience building or refining sales processes · Analytical and curious - you like understanding why deals win or lose · Hands-on mindset with interest in growing into broader leadership · Startup experience strongly preferred · Real estate or proptech experience is a plus, not required Why Daisy · We are operating in a highly antiquated industry with a superior product · High-quality inbound demand · Real ownership and influence on how the company sells Compensation The salary range for this position is $160K - $200K OTE, depending on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities
This role involves owning and closing a significant portion of inbound sales opportunities while simultaneously building and refining the company's sales playbook, pricing structure, and qualification standards.
