THE QUALIFICATIONS YOU NEED:

  • Proven experience in driving Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, particularly in SaaS environments, with a focus on scaling and accelerating product adoption for partner-led applications and third-party solutions.
  • SaaS, Business Development, Sales, and/or Product experience, with a strong background in creating and executing GTM strategies that drive revenue growth, market penetration, and customer success.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including partners, sales, marketing, and product teams, to align on GTM plans and ensure successful execution.
  • Strong ability to present to and influence C-level executives and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on strategic objectives and driving successful product launches and market growth.
  • Proven track record of driving GTM activities across multiple channels, from demand generation to sales enablement and pipeline management, to maximize product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Interest in building a strong understanding of Celonis technology and value propositions.
  • Experience in managing and scaling partner-driven SaaS applications is a plus

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

  • As part of the team, you will attract, incubate and scale partners building industry-specific use cases - ultimately overseeing partner & product growth.
  • You are the GTM Leader for a portfolio of Partners and Applications, guiding them through the Celonis Platform Apps Program journey from ideation to incubation, product building, Go-to-Market strategy and business acceleration.
  • You are the interface between a portfolio of partners and the broader Celonis organization, with a short communication line with Celonis Product, Industry Experts, Field GTM Teams and Service functions.
  • As a Domain Partnerships leader, you gain experience and upskill yourself on how to build vertical and horizontal SaaS applications/companies and drive their GTM.

THE WORK YOU’LL DO:

  • Attract, build, and accelerate Domain Partners and their products around specific Celonis use-cases.
  • Design end-to-end strategies from ideation to incubation, product building, GTM acceleration and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop GTM strategies, from demand generation to closing deals. Advice on structuring and acceleration of the domain partner go-to-market functions. (e.g. Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, BDR, Delivery)
  • Guide Domain Partners on GTM and delivery methodologies incl. value framing and realization for their specific use-cases and products.
  • Provide short communication lines into the Celonis organization and provide access to shared resources like marketing and technical support.
  • Co-develop and help execute GTM and account plans with field sellers and their management.
  • Transition strategies into operations and work with demand generation teams to create a sales pipeline to scale GTM for Domain Partner products.
