Are you a proven sales leader ready to step into a high-profile role in the luxury care sector? Our client, a prestigious and well-funded operator, is seeking a Sales Lead to drive occupancy growth and commercial performance across their portfolio of premium care homes.
With further new openings planned, this is an exciting opportunity to shape sales strategy, lead high-performing teams, and make a tangible impact in a values-led, quality-driven organisation.

The Role

  • Lead, coach, and inspire on-site sales professionals to consistently convert enquiries into move-ins.
  • Develop and deliver regional sales and marketing strategies that maximise occupancy and revenue.
  • Build strong community relationships with healthcare professionals, referral partners, and local networks.
  • Support pre-opening and launch activity for new luxury homes.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyse performance, and implement initiatives to ensure sustainable growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in multi-site or regional sales leadership, ideally within healthcare, luxury hospitality, or senior living.
  • A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales, occupancy, or revenue targets.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to balance strategy and hands-on delivery.
  • Comfortable with regular travel across the region.

The Package

  • OTE £85,000 – £90,000 (inclusive of bonus scheme)
