Job Title: Sales Lead (ServiceNow) - Sales
Organisation: Sales at Fujitsu Finland Oy
Reports To: Head of Vertical (Private or Public or Health)

SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient ServiceNow Sales Lead with deep expertise in ServiceNow to join our dynamic sales team. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role requiring a strong understanding of ServiceNow’s platform capabilities and a proven ability to translate complex business needs into compelling technical solutions. You will work as part of Fujitsu’s sales team, build strong client relationships, and lead the business level dialogue and technical aspects of the sales cycle from initial engagement to contract closure. You will also be contributing to Fujitsu’s global productization and landing of the services and solutions to our customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven track record of successfully selling, consulting, architecting and/or implementing complex ServiceNow solutions with active grip in the customer interface
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in Finnish and English. Ability to clearly articulate business value to clients on the C-level
  • 8+ years of experience in Sales, Consulting or a Presales role, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team (both local and global teams)
  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
  • Lead the discovery and full sales process with existing and prospective clients, understanding their business challenges, current IT landscape, and desired outcomes
  • Lead proposal work and present compelling ServiceNow solutions that address client needs and align with their strategic goals. This includes leading and creating detailed solution diagrams, presentations, and proposals addressing the business value
  • Develop and deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations of ServiceNow capabilities to both technical and business stakeholders
  • Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and other sales-related documentation with comprehensive and competitive responses
  • Collaborate closely with Fujitsu’s Client Executives, pre-sales, product specialists, other internal teams, and ServiceNow organization to ensure seamless integration and successful project delivery
  • Maintain a deep understanding of ServiceNow’s capabilities, product roadmap, new features, and best practices
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to other members of the Pre-Sales and Sales team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Actively participate in industry events and conferences to stay current with market trends and build brand awareness
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of internal sales enablement materials and processes
