Location: Must be based in the United States (Hybrid) Employment Type: Contract, full-time Travel Requirements: High (frequent conferences, roadshows, and in-person meetings) About Tangible Tangible is a fast-growing, tech-driven platform providing liquidity solutions to LPs and GPs in the private-markets secondaries space. By combining deep sector expertise with modern infrastructure, we unlock liquidity across private equity, private credit, and real assets. Our platform enables investors to move faster and smarter in an evolving market. You will play a key role in driving Tangible’s growth by building relationships, generating demand, and representing the company in the market. This is a highly external, people-first role designed for someone who genuinely enjoys being in conversations, on the road, and at the center of industry activity. You will spend significant time meeting prospects, attending events, and proactively opening doors. Tasks Own sales and business development across LPs and GPs, including family offices, pensions, endowments, foundations, wealth managers, and RIAs Attend conferences, roadshows, and industry events regularly (often weekly) to build relationships and source opportunities Proactively generate leads through cold outreach, calls, emails, LinkedIn, warm introductions, and networking Act as a visible representative of Tangible in the market and in industry events Build and manage a strong pipeline from first conversation through close Collaborate closely with internal teams on positioning, messaging, and strategy Maintain strong organization and discipline around pipeline, follow-ups, and activity tracking Use data and insight to continuously refine outreach and sales approach Requirements 8-10 years of experience in financial services, fintech, or private markets sales experience is a strong plus, but not required Experience selling to LPs, GPs, or institutional allocators (family offices, pensions, endowments, foundations, wealth managers, RIAs) is highly valuable Candidates from other industries with strong enterprise sales and relationship-building experience are encouraged to apply Comfortable with cold outreach and initiating conversations with senior decision-makers Enjoys travel and thrives in external, client-facing environments If you are licensed or willing to pursue licensing, that is a plus If you meet the requirements above you’re excited to shape the future of private markets and work alongside a brilliant team of engineers, ex-bankers, and startup superstars, we’d love to hear from you.
