We're here to make better ones. Responsibilities: Expand Sales Channels: 1. Actively identify, develop, and expand sales channels in Thailand in line with the company's overall business strategy and product roadmap. 2. Establish partnerships with key distributors, resellers, and other relevant stakeholders to maximize market penetration. 3. Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. Sales Target Achievement: 1. Take full ownership of sales targets for assigned product lines within Thailand. 2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to ensure the achievement of revenue goals and business objectives. 3. Regularly analyze sales performance data, providing detailed reports to senior management on progress against targets and identifying areas for improvement. Channel Strategy & Management: 1. Formulate and execute comprehensive channel policies tailored to the Thailand market, ensuring alignment with regional market dynamics. 2. Manage relationships with channel partners, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and maintaining a structured approach to channel order management. 3. Ensure that all channels operate efficiently and are optimized for maximum profitability. Additionals: 1. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across the region’s retail landscape. 2. Provide ongoing feedback to internal teams (e.g., product development, marketing) regarding market needs, customer preferences, and competitive insights. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years of experience in channel sales. Proven success in sales leader roles within Thailand, ideally in technology or consumer electronics. Strong understanding of channel sales and trade marketing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and coordinate well with global teams. Proficient in both English and Thai. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
