QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • 3–5+ years of proven B2B sales experience with consistent success in hitting/exceeding targets.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills; previous team-lead experience preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building ability.
  • Professional presence and confidence in presenting to senior decision-makers.
