We are an 18 year old leading full-service Graphics and Display Solution company manufacturing Display Stands, Kiosks, Signages; Exhibition stands etc. Located in Dubai Production City
We are currently seeking “Sales Leader”
Sales Leader is responsible for overseeing the entire sales department and driving the company’s revenue growth through strategic sales planning, team leadership, and performance optimization. This role involves the development and execution of sales strategies, the management of key accounts, the establishment of sales targets, and the continuous analysis of market trends to ensure the company’s sales objectives are met and exceeded.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in a senior sales leadership role.
  • Strong track record of sales achievement and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of sales operations, CRM tools, and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Experience Preferred in Signage, Interior, Joinery and Fit out Industry
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Track, collate, and interpret sales figures and guide performance.
  • Provide leadership and drive culture that drives continuous improvement while developing the talent and happiness of team members.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to boost revenue.
  • Oversee and maximize the performance and value of our new opportunities, and stay current on market trends.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, agents, and industry professionals. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including executives, legal, finance, and operations teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of real estate strategies.
  • Monitor sales data for insights and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for impactful promotional campaigns.
  • Present sales reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability through regular feedback and coaching.
