We are currently seeking a Sales Leader VP to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader to spearhead growth initiatives across Retail, Communications, Media, Travel, Hospitality, and Logistics sectors. This role is responsible for driving new logo acquisition and expanding existing client relationships, delivering transformative IT consulting and managed services solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision, industry expertise, and strong leadership to achieve ambitious revenue goals. * Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Define and execute go-to-market strategies for target industries. Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion within existing accounts. Build and maintain C-level relationships to position the organization as a trusted advisor. Sales & Business Development Lead a team of Sales Executives and Account Managers to achieve multi-million-dollar targets. Oversee pipeline development, forecasting, and governance for large, complex deals. Ensure compliance with pricing, contracting, and risk management policies. Industry & Solution Expertise Leverage deep knowledge of Retail, Travel, Hospitality, Communication and Media to identify trends and create tailored value propositions. * Collaborate with solution architects from practices , CGO and delivery teams to design client-centric proposals. Lead RFP/RFQ responses and executive presentations for large transformation deals. Team Leadership Recruit, coach, and mentor high-performing sales teams. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. * Qualifications Experience: 12-15+ years in IT consulting/managed services sales, with proven success in hunting and farming roles. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital transformation, cloud, application modernization, and managed services delivery models. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage sales for portfolios exceeding $100M annually. Skills: Executive presence, consultative selling, negotiation, and ability to navigate complex enterprise buying cycles. Education: Bachelor's degree required * Performance Metrics New logo revenue contribution. Growth in existing accounts (cross-sell/upsell). Pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
