Through this arrangement, Deel is hiring a Sales Leader, APAC to provide services to Greenhouse. This role is focused on new business acquisition and will be instrumental in establishing and scaling Greenhouse's sales presence in the APAC market. Reporting to the VP, International Sales, you will provide dedicated, hands-on leadership and coaching for our Australia-based Account Executive team (all segments). What you'll do: Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives across the SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments. Implement and enforce a consistent team operating rhythm, including effective goal-setting, 1:1s, development plans, and accurate forecasting. Partner closely with the VP, International Sales and cross-functional leaders to execute the sales strategy and achieve regional ARR goals. Use sales metrics and a high EQ approach to diagnose areas of improvement and lead coaching sessions tailored to individual AE needs. Serve as the most senior in-country leader, fostering relationships and representing Greenhouse internally and externally in the ANZ market. You should have: 3+ years of experience managing a team in a Sales Leadership role. SaaS sales experience is essential, preferably with exposure to or management of multi-segment sales teams). Proven ability to implement process and drive sales performance in an autonomous environment. Exceptional skills in forecasting, budgeting, and executing on GTM sales strategy. Strong track record of hiring, developing, and retaining top sales talent. Knowledge of the HR tech ecosystem or related industries is a strong preference.
